Fighting Disease

One of the special Areas of Focus for the Rotary Foundation of the UK.

Disease results in misery, pain and poverty for millions of people worldwide. That's why treating and preventing disease is so important to Rotary. 

With your donation you can help in our leading efforts both large and small. 

From temporary clinics, blood donation centers, and training facilities in uderserved communities struggling with outbreaks and healt care access to designing and building infrastructure that allows doctors, patients and governments to work together. 

Our members combat disesases like malari, HIV/Aids, Alzheimers, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, and polio but we also work on prevention focusing our efforts on health education and bringing people routine hearing, vision and dental care. 

We believe good health care is everyon's right.

400 million people in the world can't afford or don't have access to basic health care.
