Grow For Mo

Why we need your help

Thank you for taking part in our Grow £5 For Mo fundraising challenge, raising money for Momentum. We're hoping that lots of local schools will take up the challenge during the 2016/17 academic year.

Grow £5 For Mo encourages pupils, from Year 3 to Year 9, to develop their entrepreneurial skills, whilst also raising funds for a fantastic cause! Pupils should use £5 pocket money, or a loan from parents, to buy 'raw materials' to make or produce items they can sell on for a profit. They will need to think about pricing, target market, how to promote their activity, and count up the pounds at the end.

Information for schools

Click here to download simple Schools Information: Grow £5 For Mo Challenge, containing step-by-step instructions on how to create your School Grow For Mo Fundraising Page, and guidelines on promoting this to your pupils and their parents.

Information for pupils/parents

To pay in your money, please visit your School's Fundraising Page (which will be displayed below once it has been set up) and make the donation via that page, remembering to include your child's name and Year Group as a message.

All participating children will receive a wristband and certificate.

Have fun!
