Sparks raises money to fund pioneering child health research across the UK, helping to find new treatments and cures for children and families who desperately need them.

On Sunday 26 April, a team of Sparks stars are taking part in the Virgin Money London Marathon to raise money to help increase survival rates and quality of life for children with rare and complex conditions.

For many seriously ill children, research is their only hope. Yet paediatric research is severely underfunded, receiving only 5% of public and charitable research funding in the UK each year.

In 2017, Sparks partnered with Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity so that together they could fund more pioneering national research and to find new ways to diagnose, treat and cure childhood diseases.

Thank you.
