Why we need your help
Activities for Adult Carers in Brighton & Hove
The Carers Centre provides a range of peer-support groups and workshops for Adult Carers who live in the City of Brighton & Hove. These activities empower Carers to develop resilience around their caring role, form a positive peer support network and to enjoy a life outside of caring.
Many Carers who engage in our group activities comment that their physical and emotional wellbeing are improved simply by knowing that they’re not alone.
