On May 17th 2019 the Rotary Club of Stafford will be hosting a Sleep Out at Stafford College starting at 6pm.

Participants will brave the elements overnight as they bed down to raise awareness of homeless issues in the community whilst also raising much needed funds to help prevent it happening in the first place.

Anyone over the age of 16 can take part in this fundraising event with the written consent from their parent or guardian.

A cardboard mat will be provided to sleep on and in the early evening hot drinks and entertainment will be available.  As the event ends at 6am hot drinks and toast will be served.

You will need to bring along a sleeping bag and ground mat.  Suitable clothing to survive a night outdoors - we suggest a warm coat, layers of clothing, thick socks and a hat.   You might like to bring more cardboard if you would like to make a shelter for the night.

Limited places are available for this event so please register early. Just £10 will secure your bed space and this will be added to your final donation.

Registration form available from www.staffordrotaryclub.org.uk or telephone Helen on 07949 079174
