Disabled people enjoying summer sports festival

This July, we are hosting London's biggest festival of sports for disabled people, and we need your help to reach as many people as possible.

Held on 26 July at Westway Leisure Centre, Kensington, we need to raise £5,000 to host our flagship annual Summer Festival. Your support will help bring together over 400 disabled adults and children from across the city to enjoy a full day of inclusive sports, try new activities and meet new friends.

Check out this video from Paralympic athlete and Disability Sports Coach Trustee Kate Grey, who shares more about the festival and the difference you will make.

About us

Our charity runs a network of 13 Community Clubs across London, providing vital weekly sports and physical activity opportunities to disabled adults and children. Since 2005, we have empowered 60,000 disabled people through sports, inspiring them to get more active, more active.

Our Summer Festival

Now in its fifth year, the Summer Festival is hugely popular. In 2018, the event was attended by over 400 people with disabilities, their families and carers, and featured 21 different sports including football, basketball and Boccia.

The festival raises vital awareness of inclusive sports opportunities, helping to improve physical and mental wellbeing among disabled adults and children. Through meeting others, disabled people also feel more part of thier community, reducing feelings loneliness and isolation and helping develop a wider network of support.

We are grateful to a number of Trusts and fundraisers who currently support our work, but we really need your help to reach as many people as possible. Your gift will help to inspire people with disabilities across London have the same opportunities as everyone else to enjoy the life-changing benefits of sport.
