Henley in Lockdown

Why we need your help

Henley in Lockdown logo

In 2004 the Chiltern Centre was saved from closing by members of the community who raised the funds required to keep it open. In the 16 years since, the Henley community has come together time and time again to keep the Centre going. Right now, in the midst of COVID 19 the Chiltern Centre has been forced to close it's doors. But in order to remain resillient we must continue to raise funds so that when things return to 'normal' we are here to welcome back our young people and provide them with care, friendship, support, learning, independence and fun.

In order to raise funds and celebrate this extraordinary community who have kept us going through the years, we have decided to launch a project to chronicle the way that the community has come together during Lockdown. Photos and stories of our time in Lockdown will be curated into a beautiful coffee table book and digital art gallery. If you would like to make a donation to the Chiltern Centre in recognition of this project please do so here.

We thank you once again, for everything that you do for us. Withouth this unique community, the Chiltern Centre simply would not be here to support young people with disabilities, and their families.
