Smile With Us Postcard Campaign
Why we need your help
“Kindness is spreading sunshine into other people’s lives regardless of the weather”.
Each May, the Mental Health Foundation chooses a theme dedicated to Mental Health Awareness Week. This year, the theme is “Kindness” – celebrating the thousands of acts of kindness that have been made in society. The aim is to bring health organisations and members of the public together to help shed a light on the importance of looking after your mental health.
To spread kindness around Surrey during Mental Health Awareness Week (18-24 May), the Swan Shopping Centre in Leatherhead have set up a FREE postcard service.
You can choose from one of the four kindness postcards, personalise your message, select whether you want it sent via email or in the post and the Swan Centre will make sure your family or friends, receive your message, completely FREE of charge!
As we're the Swan Centre's charity of the year, they're kindly asking that people make a voluntary donation to Mary Frances Trust (of the amount of your choice) when ordering their postcards, so we can continue to support adults in Surrey with their mental health and emotional wellbeing.
If you're sending a postcard, don’t forget to spread the news by using the hashtag #SmileWithUs on social media. Thank you!
