St Mary's Catholic Cathedral Edinburgh

Why we need your help

National Shrine of St Andrew.  We worship in a Cathedral that houses the remains of an apostle who walked with Jesus, and who, as Scotland’s patron saint, bridges the divide between religious and secular Scotland.
Let’s bring him out of the shadows by creating a place of pilgrimage for people in Scotland and throughout the world, and offer an accessible place of peace and calm to the thousands of people who will pass our Cathedral each day.

St Mary's Catholic Cathedral is a place of peace and serenity in Edinburgh city centre, a place where God can be encountered and community found, where strangers and the vulnerable can find a warm welcome and where we can reach out into the heart of modern Scotland.

We're raising money to improve, maintain and preserve the fabric of the Cathedral and its unique features.  We very much appreciate your donation to help support our beloved Cathedral in the heart of the city.

We do hope you give generously, and with many thanks from the Cathedral parish and God bless,

St Mary's Catholic Cathedral, Edinburgh
