Surrey Community Fund
Why we need your help
In 2020 we delivered the Surrey Coronavirus Response Fund, generating income to provide emergency response grants to charitable organisations providing direct action to those impacted by the virus.
As we move into a period where restrictions are being gradually lifted there is a sense that life will start to move back towards normality. However, for many, the impact of the pandemic will continue for some considerable time to come.
From 2021 onwards we will be building our Surrey Community Fund. The Surrey Community Fund allows us, using our local knowledge and expertise, to get the funds to where the need is greatest quickly and efficiently.
We are currently developing an exciting new grants programme to assist charities and voluntary groups supporting local residents and communities to cope and find a long-term and sustainable pathway to recovery following the pandemic.
Our grant-making priorties focus on projects and voluntary groups that support;
Health and Wellbeing
Opportunities for education and training
Promoting inclusion and overcoming disadvantage
With your help, we can continue to get funding to where it is most needed, empower local communities to cope and recover from the Covid-19 pandemic, and Together We Can Give Surrey Hope.
