Coronavirus Response Fund
Why we need your help
Your support has never been more needed
The Coronavirus outbreak has impacted us all, but it has become apparent that the outlook for the most vulnerable members of our community is particularly devastating. The Community Foundation for Surrey has set up a dedicated Coronavirus Response Fund to support our most vulnerable local residents through the pandemic.
With further Government restrictions in place to tackle the second wave, many voluntary organisations are now at a crisis point due to the continued uncertainties and tremendous pressures brought on by the outbreak, including severe financial loss and the surge in demand for their already stretched services.
We have to date awarded £2.3 million in grants to support groups tackling issues such as domestic abuse, mental ill health, loneliness and isolation among older people and food poverty.
This crisis requires us to come together, to provide the help that is urgently needed – and bring hope to the lives of local people.
Together we can.
The Community Foundation for Surrey is a grant-making foundation which brings together local donors and those acting to provide positive solutions in our communities for local people and disadvantaged individuals.
Registered Charity no. 1111600.
