Youth Talk Two Point Six Challenge

Youth Talk Two Point Six Challenge

Why we need your help

Like all charities our income this year will be taking a HUGE financial hit with so many events and community fundraising initiatives having to have been cancelled. In parallel we are seeing unprecidented demand on our service with Young People across St Albans and surrounding areas needing support and help with their mental health and emotional wellbeing. Find out more about us and the challenge here.

Despite the current challenges we are super proud that we have been able to keep our service fully operational offering young people across St Albans and surrounding areas a safe and confidential space to talk. But we need your help.

Get Involved

Join us (and the rest of the nation) in the 2.6 Challenge, whether you’re running around the balcony for 2.6 miles, doing 26 press ups with the dog on your back, 26 minutes of yoga with 26 online friends, skipping for 26 minutes for 26 days or baking 26 cakes, we need your support!

Whatever you can do, you can be part of it – the main thing is getting active, having fun and getting your friends and family to donate whatever they (and you) are able in order to help support Youth Talk.

Donate

Alternatively, if you are unable to take part in the actual challenge you could still offer us your vital support by help making a one off or regular donation.

We haven?t counted the number of our daily walk s or of the number of songs we have posted daily throughout the lockdown of us playing our ukeleles and singing but we do know that we are way over 26 on both of these measures...
