Trinity Ride to Paris

Trinity Ride to Paris

June 23, 2017

Further information

Bike ride from Henley-on-Thames to Paris for raising funds for the Chiltern Centre and Trinity Primary School. Our goal is to bring our local community together, to have fun, make new friends, and to excite and inspire our children. The sponsorship raised will help fund improvements to their learning environment at Trinity Primary School and continue to support the Chiltern Centre's excellent work supporting disabled children in Oxfordshire. We'll be leaving Trinity Primary School playground - waved off by the kids - at Friday morning break time and head south to Newhaven before getting on the Ferry to Dieppe. After a (very) short rest we'll head off from the ferry port at Dieppe at about 4am. We'll hopefully enjoy the sunrise as we ride through Normandy in the early morning and, after lots of coffee, we will make the final push to Paris to finish under the Eiffel Tower. Total ride distance- approx. 200 miles - few wrong turns permitting!
