Welcome to the R.E.D January 2017 for Mind in Furness WHETHER YOU DECIDE TO RUN OR WALK YOUR WAY THROUGH JANUARY. THERE ARE NO RULES. THE AIM IS TO MOVE YOUR BODY EVERY DAY. R.E.D (Run Every Day) January is a fitness movement helping to shine a light on mental health issues, in aid of Mind. The R.E.D. community will be running and / or walking for a challenging 31 consecutive days, all at varying distances and all for one key goal; to help give everyone experiencing a mental health problem the support and respect they deserve. EVERYONE! You can do as much or as little as you want as long as you move for five minutes a day running, walking, dancing or hoovering!
