Lamp 5K

Its a proven fact that physical exercise and being active promotes good mental health. For Mental Health Awareness Week, Lamp would like you to get involved in sharing the benefits of exercise. During mental health week, we ask that you get out of the house and partake in a 5k in whatever format you'd like. Whether it be a 5k walk, cycle or run or maybe you'd like to walk 1k per day during the week. This event pairs perfectly with the theme of 'Nature and the Environment' and helps us promote and educate the importance of 'increasing physical activity improves your mental health'

Joining instructions

No sign up required, just get active and raise awareness of mental health. We hope to take Lamp around the world. If 8,000 did 5k each it would equate to the earths circumference.
