We offer options to suicidal people which support life, and strategies to all young people to prepare them for those transition points and events in their lives which are most characteristically associated with suicide.
HOPELineUK delivers 56 hours weekly of specialist suicide prevention telephone helpline support, covering out of hours and service every day of the year.
Provided by advisers trained and experienced in dealing with suicidal young people and their families, the service builds up people on the margins of their emotions or mental health by: providing emotional support, addressing their immediate safety, and providing practical advice & information to build competence and confidence to take the next steps to get the support they need - including referrals using our database of thousands of agencies accessible by location, languages spoken and whether they are open at the time of the call.
