Family Lives is a national charity that works around the clock to provide emotional support and practical advice to families across the UK. With over 30 years’ experience, we know how difficult raising a family can be, and are experts in helping vulnerable families to overcome the challenges that they face.

Over a million families in distress came to us for support last year – through our free helpline, web resources and face-to-face work in local communities.
