Citizens Advice services mid-Nottinghamshire
Who we are
Citizens Advice services in Ashfield, Broxtowe and Newark & Sherwood work together to help people with the problems they face. Offices are in all three districts and our staff and volunteers have been serving the community for many years. We offer drop in sessions in both locations together with outreach services and we provide by telephone and webchat.
Our aims are to ensure that individuals do not suffer through a lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities or services available to them and equally :
To exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services both locally and nationally.
The Citizens Advice service provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination. The service aims to provide the advice people need for the problems they face, and to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.
We are independent local charities and work together to riase the funds we need. Please support us.
