Citizens Advice Maidenhead and Windsor

Who we are

Citizens Advice Maidenhead & Windsor provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice by phone and at our wheelchair accessible premises to everyone living or working in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead on their rights and responsibilities.

We run a weekly outreach service in Windsor as well as being able to offer home visits to elderly, disabled persons & their carers. We also give talks to small groups on managing money and choosing energy suppliers.

We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination. The service aims to provide the advice people need for the problems they face, and to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.

No one expects to need our service but when events such as bereavement, redundancy or illness strike, we are here to support people and guide them through these tough times.  One day you might need us.  Right now, we need you....
