We assist those who are in distress or are suicidal through a listening service via the telephone, face to face meetings, and e-mail. The service is available to all 24/7 through our highly trained volunteers. While all our work is carried out by volunteers, we still have a building to maintain and bills to pay: it costs us around £975 each week to keep it running.

We are grateful for the support of Epping Forest District Council, Loughton Town Council, London City Airport, the CO-OP and the London Borough of Redbridge but we rely heavily on donations from the public to continue supporting the 9,000 or so callers who contact us each year.
