Salford Loaves and Fishes Ltd
Who we are
Salford Loaves and Fishes is a drop in centre for homeless and vulnerable adults located in the heart of Salford.
We provide a range of services to those in need, from providing food, clothing and toiletries, GP and dental service, and advice, guidance and support.
Sometimes it's the little things that can make the biggest difference, having someone to talk to, having a safe space to spend time in or companionship.
The life that most of us know can be difficult for some to adjust to. Moving off the streets into accommodation can be a daunting and challenging time. It brings with it a range of emotions and level of isolation that can be hard to manage alone. Our advice services can mean the difference to some, and just a friendly face to chat to can turn someone’s day around and keep them on a positive path.
Our 500 Campaign is looking for 500 heroes to pledge monthly donations to help keep this vital service running. Only with your help can we operate and continue to help those in Salford who need it. One-off contributions are welcome and greatly appreciated, but regular donations are what keep us going. Even just £5 per month can make the biggest of difference, in providing food, hot showers, laundry service, and even just keeping the lights on. Most of us have a home that we consider a safe space. Some of the people we help consider our centre a safe space and we want to ensure its there for them when they need it.
Virgin Money Giving will charge a small fee for processing your transaction, this can be paid in addition to your donation or as part of your donation.
Thank you for your support.
