What is cerebral palsy?

Every six hours a child is born who will be diagnosed with cerebral palsy. As the most common physical disability in childhood – affecting posture, movement, speech and vision - life can be challenging for people who are living with the condition.

How Bobath Scotland helps

Bobath Scotland is a Scottish charity devoted to improving the quality of life for children and adults with cerebral palsy. We provide vital therapy at our Glasgow-based centre, supporting both the individual and their family/carers in a relaxed, non-clinical and fun environment. Bobath input enhances each person’s mobility, communication and independent living skills and thus their everyday quality of life.

We rely on the generosity of our fundraisers to keep our services going - and we simply could not help as many people as we do without their support.  There are so many ways you can play your part in changing people’s lives by supporting our charity.
