Friends Of Page Park

Who we are

The Friends of Page Park is a voluntary group of local residents and park users whose aim is to protect and improve the park and it's faciiities for the community and future generations. We are also a registered charity.

The Friends of Page Park have been raising funding for over 15 years for numerous projects in Page Park including an accessible Sensory Garden, a new aviary, teenage play equipment and the restoration of the Edwardian bandstand.

In 2016 we received £1,600,000 of funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund!  Park users will have seen the benefits of the new play area, new café and new toilets as well as tree and other plantings throughout the park and work on the paths and restoration of the drinking fountain.

The increased use and enjoyment of the park over recent years has been wonderful to see.  During the pandemic it has been a vital oasis for people to relax in and take their exercise.

We continue to invest in improvements and maintenance around the park and there are always useful projects to get on with. Please dig deeply to support our cause and the local community in Staple Hill.

We are particularly grateful to all the members who work in the park to keep it looking so beautiful.
