Samaritans provides confidential non-judgemental emotional support, 24 hours a day for people who are experiencing feelings of distress or despair, including those which could lead to suicide.  People can be themselves- whoever they are, however they feel, whatever life's done to them. 

Banbury & District Samaritans has been providing support to people in our local area and beyond for over 40 years. We offer emotional support in person, by phone, by email and by text and on average we help around 20,000 people a year.
