Sensory Trust

Who we are

Sensory Trust make outdoor spaces accessible, attractive and meaningful for everyone, regardless of age, disability or background. We strongly believe in the health and wellbeing benefits of sensory rich outdoor experiences. Our current project work includes; - Helping older people with dementia living in isolation to support each other to enjoy the outdoors. - Bringing together families of children with disabilities to take part in a programme of outdoor activities. - Supporting carers to bring nature based activities into the lives of those they care for. Your support will enable us to use nature-based activities to transform the lives of some of the most disadvantaged people in the UK. Any size of gift, large or small, pays for our work directly working with some of the most vulnerable members of society. Help us sustain our vision for the future - where everyone has access to the outdoors no matter what challenges they face in life. We believe this is a basic human right for everyone, which improves health, connects people and defines communities.
