Since it was established in 1999, Watch US Grow has continued to develop and provide a very special environment for people to gain new skills, more confidence and higher self-esteem. Based in our garden at Palacerigg Country Park in Cumbernauld, we provide places for 24 students with support needs and are assisted by volunteers some of whom are recovering from mental health issues. We focus on healthy living activities and provide support to carers through our twice weekly Keep Fit sessions for their family members. We work on a variety of activities based on organic gardening practices - growing vegetables, herbs and a variety of seasonal plants which are available to purchase from us directly.
