Cotswold Way Association

Who we are

The Cotswold Way Association is a charity, created in 2016 to ensure that the Cotswold Way and it’s associated routes do not fall into disrepair as a result of recent cuts in government expenditure. We are a no frills, low cost operation – we spend your money on the trails and not on administration as we are all volunteers.

The CWA engages with users to identify possible trail improvements over and above the basic maintenance requirements. Your donation could go towards restoring a portion of trail surface or putting in a new way mark post or replacing a stile with a gate?  Restoring a metre of trail costs about £30, a way mark post about £50 and a kissing gate with inscription plaque about £400.

If you would like to organise a fundraising event on our behalf, this would be much appreciated.  Please click the "Start Fundraising" link on the right of this page.

Many thanks for your interest and support from the Cotswold Way Association.
