We promote positive mental health and well-being for all and help people build resilience through weekly facilitated groups and activities all closely connected to our community. We work to tackle the stigma surrounding mental illness as well as providing opportunities for volunteering and employment. We also work with local schools to bring this important subject into the learning environment. We do this using innovative approaches such as mental fitness workshops.
