Carnwadric Church of Scotland

Who we are

Carnwadric Church Lockdown Appeal

Carnwadric Church is asking for your support so we can continue to make a difference during this challenging time.

We are a small congregation on the south side of Glasgow in an urban priority area.

Our projects matter because the people in Carnwadric matter to us. Our  many community projects make a difference for others. People in our community are going to face increasing challenges.

While our church buildings may be closed, the work of the church goes on! We need to continue to provide  support and comfort to those in our community. It is our way to show God’s love and kindness through our presence here, especially at this difficult time.

However, current income no longer has the support of regular church lets and funding activites. Many of our members are classed by the COVID-19 measures as vulnerable and need to shield themselves so  limits giving Sunday by Sunday.

We would therefore welcome any donations whether you are a member, attender, user of the projects, live in Carnwadric or have connections with Carnwadric or have a heart for the work we do in Carnwadric. This would be a great encouragement and blessing to the work of our Church and greatly appreciated.

We have set a target of £12,500 which we hope to reach by the end of the year.

Many thanks for your support and generosity.
