Merchavim - 'spaces' in Hebrew Active Advancement of Shared Citizenship in Israel Works to educate young Israelis of all backgrounds to build a shared future by learning about their fellow citizens, appreciating the diversity of Israeli society and working together to make their classrooms, schools and communities, FAIRER - FOR THE BENEFIT OF ALL. The British Friends of Merchavim offers financial support to Merchavim's Israel based operations and projects; as well as education to the UK community on the diversity issues confronting Israeli society and the active efforts to encourage a culture where all citizens are all treated fairly.
