Samaritans provides confidential, non judgemental support round the clock to anyone who needs us.

Founded on 2 Nov 1953, we have been offering support to people for over 60 years and the Leatherhead branch has been there to support its local community since 1964.

Despite the increase in the number of help lines across the UK, Samaritans volunteers are among the very few who are still available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Samaritans vision is that we live in a world where fewer people die by suicide. Our mission is to achieve this by offering people a safe space to talk about what they're going through whenever they need to.
