Who we are

We are a small, community run and led library in Cricklewood, London.

We have fought for over ten years to reopen our community library and cultural hub, and we are nearly there. We have some small pieces of work still to do to get the library fully functioning - and we could do with your help in raising funds for that.

On our Campaigns page, you'll find a link to donate to the Library Cafe. All money donated to this fund will go towards paying for a new counter and cafe area, which will be where we welcome visitors to the library.

The other thing we need help with, particularly at the moment, is with our ongoing costs. We're not yet allowed to open, due to Covid-19, but we still have ongoing costs - water rates, electricity, broadband, refuse collection and so on. You can help us best by setting up a small, monthly donation, and by making sure you allow us to collect Gift Aid on your behalf. We'd love to have two hundred people donating £2.00 per month (less than the cost of a take-away coffee). It would help ensure we can focus on providing great services for our users, rather than struggle to pay for the basics.

Thanks for listening, and for your support.
