Tabitha Cambodia

Tabitha Foundation UK directly supports the efforts and programmes of Tabitha Cambodia in the country's poorest communities. Tabitha's philosophy of self-help is designed to promote self-sufficiency and dignity through savings, counselling, and goal-setting programmes. Cambodia ranks among the world’s poorest countries, with 40% of the population living below the poverty line, and 35% lacking clean water. Annual income per capita averages $600.

Nokor Tep Women's Hospital

A current major initiative of Tabitha is the launch of Nokor Tep Women's Hospital.  This facility, which began basic operation in 2019, specialises in meeting the needs of Cambodia's women, who traditonally have virtually no access to appropriate medical care.  Funds are greatly needed to purchase equipment and medicine, train staff, and provide treatments to impoverished women.

£30               Diagnostics and treatment for one woman

£75               Fund one minor surgical procedure
