My story

[p]As I have been advised not to run and am not the best swimmer, The Snowdon Triple offers the next best challenge as it is cycling, hiking and kayaking. Now in my 50's I want to challenge myself but also inspire/motivate my children and show them that health, fitness and outdoor adventure is FUN. [/p][p]My chosen charity is The Tony Loy Trust which was established to promote the arts and sport for children and young people under the age of 25. The Trust provides grants, allowances or scholarships, supports training and assists with travel, events or projects. [/p][p]Tony was also a very good friend of mine who is sadly missed but never forgotten.[/p]
