[p]Heyyy guys! [/p][p]So, as you can see ‘2020’s Charity Challenge’ involves me running The London Marathon for In Charley’s Memory. [/p][p]Ever since this charity was formed, those who have worked their have done all they can to help as many vulnerable young adults as they possibly can. [/p][p]Mental Health over the last few years has finally become a topic we have all started to talk about far more openly. I try on my own Fb page to show how my own personal thoughts and feelings have their ups and downs, whilst I am also a big advocate of the positive effects that exercise can have on someone’s mental well being. I always go on about this to my clients and anyone in general that I speak to in day to day life.[/p][p]Throughout the next few months whilst I am training for this event, I plan to do many posts on this topic, with the aim of engaging with you all and raising awareness of the importance of taking about our mental health.[/p][p]I appreciate all of you who donate, this truly is a wonderful cause and the money you can spare will genuinely save people’s lives.[/p][p]Thank you for your kindness.[/p][p]Sonny[/p]
