24 Hour RPG challenge 2019

[p]It’s time for our 5th 24 hour RPG challenge![/p][p]Our chosen charity is Galloway's Society for the Blind, who provide excellent advice and support for those of us who are blind or partially-sighted. Sight loss affects people of all ages, and as we grow older we are increasingly likely to experience sight loss.[/p][p]This year there will be three different types of adventure to choose from:[/p][p]- Pure Mode: A full 24-hour endurance challenge for those up to the task. 10am Saturday to 10am Sunday.[/p][p]- Mellow Mode: Two 12-hour events with a midway break for those who prefer a more relaxed, social event. Runs from 10am to 10pm on both Saturday and Sunday.[/p][p]- Rush Mode: A 12-hour event for those who are unable to commit to a longer session. Runs from 10am to 10pm on the Saturday.[/p][p]The players will bid/donate real money to take part in one of the adventures, with the highest bids/donations taking a place at one of the tables. It will need support refs as well as support from as many people as possible to make it as unique, special and worthwhile as possible.[/p][p]On the day, if it is like our previous attempts, there will no doubt be a running commentary, photos, and a live stream to show the depths of stress we can get into as the night continues.[/p][p]So, despite the fun we hope we'll have, it will most definitely be a feat of endurance, logistics, and skill.[/p]
