My story

[p]I am raising money for The Dream Factory, who are celebrating their 10th year anniversary in 2018. [/p][p]The charity’s aim is simple; to brighten the lives and encourage hope for children and young adults between the ages of 3 and 25 who have life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, or who suffer from sever disabilities. The Dream Factory is small and reliant upon volunteers and acts of kindness. Because of this, almost all of the money donated goes directly towards making dreams come true.[/p][p]The sad truth is, the charity has a long ‘wish list’ from families asking for help, but it simply does not have the funds to help them. Surprisingly, it’s often small ticket items that have the biggest impact: an iPad for a child who is away from their family in hospital undergoing treatment for weeks at a time which allows them to FaceTime their siblings and maintain a sense of normality in unimaginable circumstances. A family who struggle mentally and physically every day to care for a child with severe disabilities who just need some respite and some quality time to spend with their other children whilst specialist carers are on hand to help.[/p][p]I know so many of you give generously to charities, but for anyone willing and able to donate to this extremely worthy cause, you can rest assured that every penny will go to making dreams come true.[/p][p][br][/p][vmgvideo class="ql-video" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="true" src="https://player.vimeo.com/video/192519254/"][/vmgvideo][p][br][/p]
