My story

[p]2018 is a big year for me. I turn the big 40 in May and running has gradually become a huge part of my life, helping me deal with day to day life and allowing me to raise money for many charities. Last year, to support a work colleague, I took on a challenge of running five half marathons, in 5 months, in under a total time of 10 hours- and raised over £600 for CORE. This year, CORE have given me the chance to fulfil a dream. To run the London Marathon. CORE do amazing work, they are committed to fighting all digestive disorders of the gut, liver and pancreas. They fund vital research, provide support for families affected and promote awareness of digestive health and as it is now 24 years ago since my dad passed away from pancreatic cancer I can't think of a better charity to support. Thank you all for supporting this dream of mine and CORE.[/p]
