My story

[p]Here we go again! ...believe it or not it is 4 years since my last bike ride from Aberdeen to Southampton for charity and now that the body has recovered i thought i would try again ! [/p][p]This time i am joining 50 colleagues from Rockspring in attempting to complete the 100, hilly, off road miles of the South Downs Way. I will be mountainbiking this course over two days and whilst i may have taken on more severe challenges back in the day i am now much older and lesss fit - thus the pain and challenge will i am sure be significant ![/p][p]and i have done next to no training![/p][p]We are supporting 3 amazing charities in the Uk and proceeds will benefit adults with learning difficulties, cancer sufferers and those who have mobility issues[/p][p]All of the costs of the event are covered by Rockspring and so 100% of all donations go directly to the charities.[/p][p]I would be hugely grateful if you could dig deep and spare what you can to help us reach our ambitous £75,000 corporate sponsorship target.[/p]
