Running the 2019 London Marathon

[p]I started running around a year ago. I was very skeptical at first - if you’d have told me i’d be running a marathon in 2019, I would have probably told you to do one. But regardless, here I am, fully committed and accepting of the fact I’ve lost the plot, and I can’t think of any other more deserving cause than Make-a-Wish Foundation. This charity does amazing work by providing wishes for children that are seriously or terminally ill, from arranging a meeting with their celebrity heroes or paying for a trip to Disneyland with their family. Most adults, including myself, take for granted that they live a life free of sickness and painful ailments, yet there are children that deal with the ramifications that come with serious health conditions daily. So, as much as I will moan and complain (apologies to my friends and family in advance) the discomfort I will go through in those 42 km will be nothing in comparison. My sponsorship money will hopefully help to alleviate some of this pain these children go through by enabling them to make memories they will never forget. In aid of this worthy cause, I would be grateful if you could please donate anything you can - every little helps![/p][p]Thank you x[/p]
