My story

[p]Hi guys![/p][p]On the 31 August 2019, I will be taking part in the South Coast Challenge for Teenage Cancer Trust, walking from Eastbourne to Arundel (100KM - 62 miles). I aim to walk continuously, and complete the walk within 24 hours.[/p][p]One reason why is because my workplace supports TCT and there are a select few people who sat out in the freezing cold in winter selling raffle tickets, some after a 10 hour shift. I want to push myself to see how much I could do for TCT, and I think 100KM is a difficult goal to achieve and will drive people to sponsor the Trust.[/p][p]The reason why TCT appeals to me as a person is because I had a testicular cancer scare before I started my A-levels, and I've never felt so scared in my life about the concept of death before even finishing my education. I can't imagine how bad that'd be for someone who actually has it, so anything I can do that'll have an impact I'll happily do. Cancer is a seriously destructive entity not only for those who have it, but for those who are close to the person who has it. I've witnessed it happen to my Mum's friend, and my sister's friend - and I've seen the effect it had on them too.[/p][p]Any and all donations will be gratefully accepted. Whether you've come up with a few pennies surplus in your wage slip, or you simply want to help, or you've decided to skip a pint to save a life... thank you.[/p][p][br][/p]
