Team story

[p]Hi, thanks for visiting our page. We're entering 2 teams into the Bath Rugby Foundation Superstars Event on 24th January 2015. Both teams will undertake 11 demanding sporting challenges, which includes: 1000M Cycle, Hand Release Press Up Challenge, 500M Individual Row, Plank, Bleep Test, Basketball Shoot Out, Passing Target Challenge, 20M Sprint, Crucifix Tyre Hold, 20M Tyre Pull & Team 3km Row.[/p][p]If you would like to read more about the Superstars Events, please visit: http://bathrugbyfoundation.com/events/bath-rugby-superstars/[/p][p] Any donations would be very much appreciated to help with the pain that the above challenges will no doubt inflict. This is a very worthy cause and there is some more information below...[/p][p]Bath Rugby Foundation - http://bathrugbyfoundation.com/[/p][p]Bath Rugby Foundation is a financially independent charity, 100% funded through sponsorships, fundraising and donations and has proudly worked with over 100,000 children and young people in the local community since starting in 2003. Growing organically over the past decade, the charity arm of Bath Rugby has developed to meet the changing needs of the local community.  The Foundation works in community centres, village halls, local schools and special needs schools, community parks and the Recreation ground. Our outreach work with long term unemployed and NEET’s is especially helped by their open approach to engagement.[/p][p]They aim to impact positively on the educational achievement and social interaction of all the young people they work with. The Foundation strives to motivate, raise self esteem, increase confidence and improve life skills, by imparting the values found in rugby - camaraderie, loyalty, discipline and respect. Using the power of the Club’s brand, the influence of Bath Rugby players as role models and mentors and specially trained Foundation coaches, Bath Rugby Foundation works in all areas and sections of the city.[/p][p] Many Thanks in advance,[/p][p]Michelle, Charlotte, Sophie, Jos & Sally[/p][p]Simon, Iain, David & David[/p]
