[p]The Bears (Players, Staff, and Friends) are taking on the 2.6 challenge, and beyond, to support 2 fantastic causes through these difficult times resulting from COVID-19. [/p][p]All funds raised from the challenge will support [b]Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham Charity [/b]in aid of NHS superheroes, and [b]NSPCC Childline[/b] in Birmingham to continue protecting children from abuse. [/p][p]We encourage our friends, family, members and Bears supporters to join the fun and challenge yourself. [/p][p][b]Step 1 - Take Part (Two Ways)[/b][/p][p][b]1.[/b] Sunday 26th April - All you have to do is dream up a [url=https://twopointsixchallenge.justgiving.com/inspiration]challenge[/url] based around the numbers 2.6 or 26. It could be a 2.6 mile run or walk, 2.6 laps of the garden, 26 times up and down your stairs, throwing a ball into a bucket 2.6 metres away 26 times, or 26 minutes of yoga![/p][p][b]2.[/b] A Longer Challenge? - Make the most of the extra time and activities you are doing to stay physically and mentally healthy! Set yourself a challenge to achieve before 31st May. [/p][p][b]Step 2 - Donate[/b][/p][p]Make a generous donation on this page.[/p][p][b]Step 3 - Share and Nominate[/b][/p][p]Share the challenge on your social media and nominate your friends and family to get involved in raising vital funds to support our NHS superheroes and vulnerable young people through COVID-19.
