My story
[p] [/p][lt]div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow: hidden;"[gt]On 23 June, I will slap on the chamois cream, put on my lycra Borat outfit, hop on my bike and cycle to Paris.[lt]/div[gt] [lt]div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow: hidden;"[gt]Beyond the obvious exhaustion and utter agony for my undercarriage, the idea is to raise much needed funds for the remarkable Chiltern Centre for Disabled Children and local Trinity Primary School.[lt]/div[gt] [lt]div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow: hidden;"[gt]The plan is for the children to wave us off at Friday morning break time and we head south to Newhaven before getting on the ferry to Dieppe. After reaching Dieppe at about 4am, we'll then ride through Normandy in the early morning and, after lots of coffee, we will make the final push to Paris to finish under the Eiffel Tower. [lt]/div[gt] [lt]div id="_mcePaste" style="position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow: hidden;"[gt]About 20 of us are embarking on this crazy journey, with the goal of bringing our local community together, making new friends, and hopefully exciting and inspiring our children.
