My story

[p]Thank you for visiting our team's fundraising page for the 2020 Richmond River Walk sponsored walk.[/p][p]Our team so far is: Simon Lawson, Chelsea Lawson (age 7), Caroline Egerton, Gerry Sheridan[/p][p]Citizens Advice Richmond is an independent local charity providing information and advice to anyone who lives, works or studies in Richmond borough. Our service is free, confidential and impartial. We empower people to resolve their problems and change their lives for the better. [/p][p]The recession added to the number of people needing free legal help with housing, benefits, debt and employment matters. Now the Coronavirus and lockdown have increased the number of people who need help even more. See our website for the impact we have had since the lockdown started - www.citizensadvicerichmond.org/our-impact/[/p][p]So we're walking a marathon. (Chelsea will do as much as she can ) to raise some of the funds we need to provide that help. The more money we raise, the more people we can help.[/p][p]Please sponsor our walkers as generously as you can.[/p][p]Many thanks for your support![/p][p]Through Virgin Money Giving, you can sponsor us and donations will be quickly processed and passed to charities. Virgin Money Giving is a not for profit organisation and will claim gift aid on a charity's behalf where the donor is eligible for this. We really appreciate all your support and thank you for any donations.[/p]
