It could be the person is caring for someone who has a physical or mental illness, is disabled, elderly, or misuses substances. Carers in Hertfordshire supports people across Hertfordshire over the phone, in person, and online. Services include mentoring and group peer support and workshops and activities – some of which give carers time away from caring to maintain their health and wellbeing. [/p][p][b]- [/b][url=http://www.youthtalk.org.uk/][b]Youth Talk[/b][/url] provides free, confidential counselling to 13-25 year olds in the St Alban’s area, delivered by experienced professionals and without judgement. For young people, sometimes life can feel completely overwhelming. Without someone to talk to, it can feel impossible to cope. Demand for our service in light of the pandemic is set to soar. We’re determined that every young person has a safe place to talk in confidence, whatever’s on their mind.[/p][p]CWARA is the Carlisle and Waverley Area Residents’ Association and it covers families, friends and neighbours across eight streets just north of the city centre. [/p]
