[p]Thank you for visiting our fundraising page[/p][p]Our team so far is:- [b]Esther White, Amelia Goodwin, Kirsti Laird, Grace Mathieson, Ingrid Saffin, Jenny Bell, Charlotte Major, Andy Williams, Claire Timmings, Josie MacLeod, Abbie Tarrant, Leona Hambleton, Megan Judd, Anna Rodricks, Leonora Owens, Will Dewey, Felicity Chapman, Richard Honey, Nizmeara Khatun, Aiden Wiffen, Susan Hunneyball, Lydia Hutchinson, Emma Darwish, Laura White, Emily Chalkley, Hannah Bleach, Matt Carter, Alex Mitchell, Beth Sharp, Daphne Cheung, Kate Danise, Maggie Chong, Clarissa Tyson, Hayley Pateman [/b][/p][p]We are walking in the 2019 Guildford Legal Walk on July 8th to raise funds to bring free legal advice for social welfare law to Surrey.[/p][p]Legal Aid is scarce in the County and for problems with housing, debt, benefits immigration, community care and employment, poor and vulnerable people need specialist help. [/p][p]The South West London Law Centres' Kingston branch has been helping residents there for many years.[/p][p]Now they are extending their services to Surrey. [/p][p]We know that they do a great job in preventing homelessness, overcoming poverty and combatting exploitation.[/p][p]We also know that they struggle for funds. [/p][p]Surrey needs this service.
