[p]750,000+ redundancies. That's 3 x Milton Keynes. I am 24 years old and I am admittedly 1 of the 750,000+ that was made redundant during the global pandemic. Whilst homelessness has been around for as long as I can remember, the fear of having no funds is PETRIFYING, but I am fortunate to be lucky to have a backup support.[/p][p]Why am I telling you this? This year I am taking part in the CEO Sleepout to not only help raise awareness to homelessness and how it is only about to get worse than it already is, but to fight against it and poverty in the UK whilst raising funds to support two incredible charities.[/p][p]YMCA MK - A charity who fights everyday to support young people in making the right step towards their future[/p][p]MK DONS SET - A charity that improves the lives and experiences of it's local community, they support young people in their health, education, socialisation and so much more.[/p][p]I am asking all my connections to donate £1 or more, and lastly, I would like to say thank you for your support.[/p][p] [/p][p] [/p]
