London Marathon 2021

[p]Those close to me will know I am not an avid runner or particularly sporty. You could even say I’m a bit of a lazy Susan (pitch perfect reference)...[/p][p]Anyway, I have decided to take on the challenge of running the London Marathon in April 2020, how hard can 26 miles be right? [/p][p]I have always wanted to run a marathon and I thought I would just sign up and go for it, because if I can tick something off my bucket list and raise lots of money for an incredible charity, then why wouldn’t I? [/p][p]I am running for Aberdeen Cyrenians : A charity close to my heart and one I have had the priveliage to work for as a Volunteer Coordintor. On a daily basis I see just how vital our servces are and the demand is increasing daily! [/p][p]Any donations, however small, would make the biggest difference! [/p][p]Edit:I have now changed my place to the London Marathon in 2021 because of this years cancellation! [/p]
