Team story

[p]Three of us are travelling from North Yorkshire to New Zealand in late January 2018 to cycle over 2200km or around 1500 miles from the very North of the North Island at Cape Reinga to the southern most tip of the south Island at Bluff. We aim to complete the ride in eighteen days of cycling over 120 kms or an average of 85 miles per day. Chris Brown & Chris I'Anson are the two cycling with Paul Smith our campervan support driver.[/p][p]This will be a physically and mentally demanding challenge, so with this in mind, we are raising funds and awareness for two charities-one local charity that supports people with mental health problems and one national charity which supports people with a progressive neurological condition. These charities do vital work nationally and locally to us in North Yorkshire.[/p][p]The funds raised will be shared equally between the national charity of Parkinson’s UK and local workshop Claro Enterprises. Click on these links to learn about the important work that they both perform. Please consider supporting us and donating to these important causes by clicking Donate![/p][p]We'll be updating our blog during the ride so follow our progress at https://millmantomountains.wordpress.com/[/p][p][br][/p]
